Free online tool's people can use, (low income, Section 8 eligible and regular renter's, misc), prior to renting,  trust
me, it's worth the time to research; you'll thank yourself later (hopefully), and for your own self - respectful peace of
mind.

Those in any power, are gonna 'be the way' they are, misc. Thus, be self - decisive, choose wisely, regardless of
this/that, thus, protect yourself; self - ensure you do not 'walk into' something you later regret.

Public resource's, should you decide to make them available;
They can prove to be of a worthy resource, in regards to doing one's research and homework in checking out a
rental or otherwise building/property, prior to proceeding with a owner, landlord, misc or otherwise closing and
securing a real estate or rental deal, especially in times like we live in today. Thank you in advance, on behalf of
(10) million in LA.

LA City Planning - 'Parcel Profile Report' on any building/property: http://zimas.lacity.org/search.asp
One would type in the location number, then the street name, ensuring it's correct, otherwise it won't find it, then
clicking on 'GO'. The (following) icon's on the next page, (map) and (report), of which (report) is of the essential
information unto one reviewing a building/property's 'Parcel Profile Report'. The (report) will open up in (.pdf file
format), which one will need to have "Adobe Reader" installed on the computer. I'm sure the (following, below) would
prove to be minimally useful unto those whom are low income and/or are a Section 8 housing authority client.

And: http://losangeles.craigslist.org/apa and then select what one is seeking via keyword, say: (Section 8),
a (max price, of voucher, be it say, $900 a month), (and whether 0 = Studio or 1 bedroom apt); but note that ad’s
are detecting ‘keywords’ (i.e.: Section, 8) not so much as yes they accept Section 8. The ad has to be thoroughly
read by one, then determine if they want to still answer the ad & try to win over & convince an owner to accept
Section 8 & how easy it is, that an owner gets all their rent whether a client gets evicted or not, & it’s rent secured.
